Their food is mediocre service is poor and their prices are ridiculously high

Maybe it was bad day for them. We got 3 2 item plates with different things and all was bad. Chow main and rice both dry. Beijing beef tasted like soaked in oil. The rest just no flavor. Worst panda experience ever, and I'm a huge panda fan

One of the clean places in Kingman to eat. So far I haven't gotten sick from eating here. I was disappointed only twice.

This Panda Express is always very clean, from the restrooms, to the dining area and the drink station. Fast service every time and polite employees. You can get a kids meal for $5.70 that includes rice or chow mein, a meat choice, small drink and a cookie!

All the employees here appear to be 14 year old rude, mannerless and intellectually challenged little girls that do not really want jobs, but their parents made them. Clearly they are lacking proper training. Probably a serious management problem also, but in a small town like this it is probably hard to get even remotely qualified people for such a complicated position of scooping food items out of a container. The various items of "supposed" Chinese food are nearly always out at this location and a wait is always required. Planning ahead is not an option for the intellectually challenged little girls. My last time here the employees were just beyond rude and I left. PE restaurants in other places around the country are much better than this one. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Went to Panda Express at 1 pm. I ordered a bowl of rice and Angus Steak, chicken spring roll and crab ragoons. The spring roll was recooked very dark greasey and foul tasting. I didn't eat it. I did not get anything to drink and my bill was almost $14. I won't go again, this wasn't the first time it has been under par.

Completely average-tasting food. Very small portions but spendy. The Comfort Room has just one stall, no urinal. Upon arrival i went in and there were two individuals ahead of me. After eating, went in and busy again. Went over to nearby Taco joint and used their CR, one appropriately equipped. Panda Express in Kingman should take care of this situation and remodel at least the men's can. This is my final sub-par Panda Express experience and i will not be eating at any PE again.

The best Panda Express in Arizona period.I go there every time I go to California.I am a Truck drive and I always love to go there to eat. But today was even better with the amazing customer service that (Nickole) gives me. She give to tried every meat they have so I can take the one That I love more the chicken tiriaki. She deserves 100 stars ⭐️ always smiles.

I know they are trying to fix their teeth, but if your employees can't talk correctly with their invisalign in... they shouldn't wear them at work. Only complaint. (Jaimie)

The food was good. The seats had metal legs that screech when moved on the tile floor.Brought tears to my eyes!

One of the better places in Kingman to go for non fast, fast food. The service was fantastic the place is kept clean by the staff. The food is great at a very affordable price.

Food was good. But i really didnt like the up charge of 1.25 on some menu items not really noticible signage when ordering. Portion size ok but not great for the cost. My first panda experience and last. I hate when companies nickel, dime and dollar their customers.

If the employees LISTENED I would give 5 stars. I have never had a complaint about the food. But when I go through the drive thru, for the second time now, and ask at the window, for extra teriyaki AND chopsticks, I would love to actually get them!

The restaurant was busy and somewhat dirty. The wait was long. It looked like they had plenty of staff. It wasnt Very well organized. And I feel the wait was longer than it should of been. The food was good

Food is pretty good most of the time but the tables and chairs were very dirty, they weren't very busy.

They were out of several items, everyone seemed grumpy, and when notified them the women's bathroom was without any toilet paper, one lady said "I'll let someone know" when they didn't hurry to replace it, we notified someone else and again no one replaces it. At this time there are at least 7 people working and in the 30 minutes we waited no one replaced the t.p. !!!

Would not serve me at open. No communication. Ruined my appetite. Just lost a customer.

LOVE the food ESPECIALLY the orange chicken had to wait 5 minutes for it this time but the cashier gave me a discount for having to wait and that was greatly appreciated. No other fast food restaurant has ever done that for me before. Thank you PANDA EXPRESS

Service was amazing. The staff was awesome. The store was clean. The food was delicious.

We got there at 9:15pm after traveling all day. We were told because it was close to closing time (10pm) they had limited options, meaning whoever was cooking just didn't want to cook anymore. The food we got tasted good, I just wish we had had more options. We weren't the only ones there that late. It's hard when you have been traveling all day and are looking for other options than greasy hamburgers you've eaten all road trip.

Everytime we go through the drive up they make me pull around for my food and then they don't bring out everything. My egg rolls are always forgotten. This time when I stopped the person so I could check she was rude and I asked for a straw since she didn't bring one and they didn't give one at the window (made me wait for my tea as well) then I pointed out my egg rolls were missing she went off and you could tell she wasn't happy about having to go back. When she came back she had spring rolls I'd ordered chicken then she wanted to see the receipt I showed here where it was and how many I'd ordered then she went back. I didn't notice till I'd gotten gone that they also didn't include the cookie with the kids meal. I don't think I'll be going here again.

As busy as this place is all the time, you would expect the food to always be fresh.

Gabriella (the girl who took my order) was very rude to me when I requested for my food to be cooked fresh. There was a 15 minute wait for that fresh teriyaki chicken. I was okay with that, and so I asked for the orange chicken to be cooked fresh as well. After waiting from 9:45pm-10:07pm, I was given dried out orange chicken. My rangoons were burned on top of it all. Only come here during the day, when a manager is overseeing the proper preparation of your food.

Clean restaurant. Clean restrooms. Fast service. Foods been good so far. Prices a little high.

Dont order from panda online they arent filling those orders just keep doing the drive thru and walk ins waited 1 hour 1/2 since I ordered got my money back

Close to being authentic as you can get and still be fast food.

It has delicious food and fast service.
